At Belcote Farm, we strive to offer you an excellent service. If for any reason you have a complaint, please contact us in writing to hello@belcotefarm.co.uk to discuss your problem with us. We will respond to you within 15 working days.

If you feel we have been unable to deal with your complaint, you can contact the Dispute Resolution Ombudsman through their website at: www.disputeresolutionombudsman.org
