We do weddings... differently
We believe that the best day of your life should be filled with family, friends and great times… not worrying when your suppliers are going to show up amongst other worries. We’re on hand before, during and after, to make sure you’re enjoying your day and not coordinating it.
Creating the day
you really want
We’ll work closely with you along the way to find out what you really want for your big day, and make it happen.

We only do a limited number of events to make sure we have a full week between weddings dedicating time to make your plans come together as smoothly as possible.
We make the effort getting to know you and your vibe. If we spot a supplier or idea we think you'd like and would fit with your vision or theme we'll be the first to let you know.

We'll also help you set up and decorate the venue, however you like, creating your personalised dream tipi wedding!
Site access
The day before
Friday
10am-4pm
You’ll have access to the site from 10am until 4pm to dress the tipis and to make sure everything is just right.
The big day... hooray!
Saturday
9am-12.30am
If you require early morning access (from 9am) for any finishing touches, just let us know. The party finishes at midnight and your guests will be required to leave the site by 12.30am.
The day after
Sunday
8am-12pm
You’ll be able to collect anything you left behind from 8am until 12 noon. Your guests will be required to collect their cars from our site by 12 noon.
Best wedding EVER
We're an easy-going team here at Belcote Farm and although professional, we don't take ourselves too seriously and this is reflected throughout our non-traditional venue.
We think that formal wedding receptions are overdone, overcomplicated and overpriced. It's about time there's a fun, laid-back alternative option for couples who don't want to conform to the often old-fashioned ideas and vision of many venues.

Our couples love the freedom they have to either dress up or down our tipis and wedding site as much or as little as they wish.
​
No two weddings are the same here, being able to choose your own caterers and suppliers also means you can create a unique wedding with your own personal stamp on your big day.
​
We hear guests say time and time again that it's been the "best wedding ever" and we believe that's down to the personalisation and difference that each one has.
